In case some of you have been wondering
what we have been up to lately, the answer is we have been extraordinarily
busy on a number of fronts, much of which will be not immediately
visible to you, as a good deal of it is behind the scenes, streamlining
our operations.
This issue will be Part I of two issues concentrating on my favorite
new product highlights we have added to the website over the summer.
This month we will be featuring the best of our new appliances and
next month our new bedding items.
The most visible progress we have been making as a company is launching
a new sister website, SleepBuyersClub.com, which is a very small
site at present. However, we will be attempting to do what we did
in the field of allergies, and that is combine great products with
good educational information. It has some nice
gifts for this holiday season and it will grow by leaps and bounds next year. So if you
want to relax more or have sleep problems, put this site into your
favorites. More on this new website as the months go on...
We are also in the process of re-launching our Clearance Center
of open box and demo products. This is a huge opportunity for you

Miele has come out with a new S5 series of vacuum cleaners which are
similar to the former Solaris series, but with some important differences.
The biggest difference is that these vacuums are a little bit larger,
with the body weighing in at 13 lbs. This means that the patented fiber
bags are now also larger with 4. 76 quarts capacity, which is great
if you are constantly vacuuming up large particles like pet hair. The
Miele Capricorn and Aquarius models
would be my recommendation if you have pets and carpets, as you can
put a more powerful powerbrush on the vacuum. If you do not have pets
and have a medium pile carpet, then the Miele Callisto is
attractively priced, as long as you are willing to manage with a less
powerful powerbrush and no finger tip controls. The Miele Pisces is
a winner in my book for allergy sufferers with bare floors because
it has a turbo- brush and a new floor brush [common to all models]
and is priced right.
A word of caution for the female gender. The Mieles are gorgeous vacuum
cleaners, but the new Miele series S5 series when coupled with the
larger powerbrush are a tad too heavy for my personal taste, especially
if you need to carry a vacuum up and down stairs. For the young and
fit, it is no problem. I personally am find myself wanting my vacuums
lighter and lighter as the years go on. I happen to think that the Miele
Red Velvet is still a super machine and the perfect size, so we
brought more into stock because we think people will still want to
buy them.

Hard to believe, but Miele just raised the bar on themselves with
